- 2.5 grams 71B Yeast
- 1 Tea bag of hibiscus tea (1.5g)
- 1 lbs 14 oz of blueberry blossom honey (852g)
- 8 oz of buckwheat honey (225g)
- 10 oz of spring honey (285g)
- 126g frozen blueberries
- 14g Sultana Raisins
- 2 Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp yeast nutrient
- 1/4 Tsp yeast energizer

- Boiled 500ml water, steeped hibiscus tea for 15 minutes
- Added honey, blueberries, raisins, tea, cloves, water to carboy
- Mixed well, took SG reading, then added yeast
