Ingredients⌗
For a 5 gallon batch:
- 7.5 grams 71B Yeast
- 6kg wildflower honey
- 2kg buckwheat honey
- 5 oranges
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
- 5 handfuls of raisins
- Yeast energize and yeast nutrient
